How do i stop my dog from chewing every think?

Hi i have a 10 mouth old border Collie that is chewing ant think and every think in my house he is such a good dog but it is this one thing that is getting me down. I am so stuck on wat to do about it.My mates and family sed u get rid of him but i love him to bits and don't want that i would raver work it out so please if ant one no s of a way to stop this. Ps he has lots of his own stuff to chew.
