Would employers (Universities) think less of me if I got my MS & PhD of Sociology at one university (UWM)?

Also....has anyone heard anything about the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Sociology program? It is brand new...would employers think twice because it is not a top 20 program? Thanks!
