Is there oral surgeons in the Milwaukee county area that an individual can make payment plans with?

I need to have one of my wisdom teeth pulled out because it hurts a lot. To take the wisdom tooth out, it costs $220 with insurance. It is not lot of money but I can not pay $220 at one time at this moment. Usually, a person would have to pay the co-payment upfront. I need to get this done ASAP, so I wanted to know what oral surgeon could do payment plans with insurance so I can get this done. I only work part-time and am a student, so my money situation is tight.
