Looking for a good college program in Milwaukee...?

I'm planning on going to MATC since it's more affordable than other schools but I'm not sure what to take. I'm interested in web design but I heard that any computer related program should be accredited by ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology), and that none of the computer science programs available in Wisconsin are. How important is this accreditation? Should I seriously consider something else?
