Why dose it hurt so much please help?

i normally start my period on the 25th every month but this month i started on 27th, i do suffer high blood pressure, and the pain of my period is really hurting, i have tried pain killers getting a bath but no change, i have blood clots when i go to the toilet. what could be wrong with me
