I think i have become hooked on self defence ?

how's it self defense if you have a thirst for violence? Self defense is not used as violence my friend, but to protect oneself and/or others. I don't think you have become hooked on self defense but you got hooked to "Thirst for Blood" if i were to say it in a short term
