Does someone know this movie?? pls?

i watched this movie a long time ago, about 2000. year and it is about the man who ran every day and one day he saw a murder, and then killers wanted to catch him but he managed to get away only because he was in shape, because he ran.. please, if somebody knows, let me know.. sorry for bad english. :)
