How can I get an agent for a comedian?

I have a female comedian out of Milwaukee, WI by the name of Kelly Kellz. She has been winning all comedy competitions. She has won Racine's Hottest Comic(2010)/ Midwest Comedy Competition Finalist(2010)/ Mike Epps Comedy Competition Winner(2011) and Milwaukee's Best Comedian Of The Year(2011). She's taking the comedy world by storm. We just need more guidance to get her out there so the world can see.
