So there are these girls at my school who i wanna be friends with?

they're part of like the raver crowd and they're really funny, they're also really nice. But the problem is that we have no classes together or anything, and if i go up to them and ask them to be my friend they'll just ignore me and probably laugh at me, what should i do?
