Teen jobs in Wisconsin for Physically Disabled?

I'm 17 and confined to a wheelchair. I'm looking for a part-time job, but it's harder than ever being a teenager in a wheelchair. I'm very good with people, a fast learner, and driven to do the best I can. Most peoples' first jobs are labor jobs, which I am unable to do. Does anyone have an idea of an entry-level job I could do? Preferably in the Milwaukee area. I'm having no luck and it's quite frustrating.
