What are some good stores to shop at?

OK, I'm going to be a sophomore in highschool and I was wondering where to go for killer cute outfits. Outfits that are so cute everyone will be looking even the guys. I'm not using this to get guys but I just want my style to be different from the other girls in class. Where should I go and what has the most cute outfits & shoes too. THANKS A MILLION!
